Mobis – Mitchell Young Road

• 1st Shift: 6:30 a.m.–2:45 p.m., Monday through Friday

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m.–10:45 p.m., Monday through Friday

• 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m.–6:45 a.m., Sunday through Thursday

Mobis – EV Battery Plant

• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday (shifts sometimes run until 5:15 p.m.)

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:15 p.m., Monday through Friday

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:15 a.m., Sunday through Thursday

JOB SUMMARY

InTime Automotive Staffing is recruiting full-time, temp-to-hire Production Team Members for Hyundai Mobis. Team members perform hands-on assembly and other production tasks in a plant environment, using hand and power tools as required.

Important: You must have steel- or composite-toe shoes or boots before starting work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble products according to specifications.

• Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks.

• Perform mechanical assembly of components.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with hand and power tools, or a willingness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality defects.

• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow detailed work instructions.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work extended hours and overtime on short notice, as needed.

• Availability to work scheduled production weekends (weekend availability is mandatory).

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work in a production, assembly, and plant environment.

• Move throughout the production floor.

• Stand for extended periods.

• Perform repetitive motions.

• Lift 25–50 lbs.

• An InTime Automotive Staffing shirt, safety glasses, and steel- or composite-toe footwear must be worn on the production floor.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must successfully complete a background check and drug test.
