Detailed Job Information

Local automotive supply company is searching for Production Team Members. 

Three (3) shifts available: 
1st Shift     6:30 am - 2:45 pm
2nd Shift    2:30 pm - 10:45 pm
3rd Shift    10:30 am - 6:45 pm

You will go through orientation and receive training before working on the production floor.

You must wear our staffing agency shirt, eye protection, and steel toe / composite toe shoes or boots.  

To be considered for this position, you must undergo, and pass, a background check, drug test and EVerify.

PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER
 

The Production Team Member is responsible for working on a production floor assembling parts by hand, using tools or machines. 

 

​

QUALIFICATIONS:

(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Basic reading and computer skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to detect quality defects

  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow detailed work instructions

  • Ability to be a team player in a team working environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

  • Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed on short notice

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES:

  • May need to obtain a forklift license once hired in the position.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Production/assembly/plant environment

  • Navigating around production floor

  • Standing for long periods of time

  • Repetitive motions

  • Lifting (between 25-50 lbs.)

  • Will be required to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while working
