The Mobis facilities in Montgomery are seeking Production Team Members to join their teams.
New hires will attend orientation and receive thorough training before starting work on the production floor.
All team members are required to wear the designated staffing agency shirt, eye protection, and steel-toe or composite-toe shoes/boots while on the job.
To be considered for this position, candidates must complete a background check, drug test, and E-Verify process.

PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER
The Production Team Member is responsible for working on a production floor assembling parts by hand, using tools or machines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Basic reading and computer skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to detect quality defects

Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow detailed work instructions

Ability to be a team player in a team working environment

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed on short notice
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES:
