$16.00–$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift - 5:50 am - 3:00 pm

2nd Shift - 2:50 pm - 1:30 am

Saturday as required

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Operators for our automotive parts client. This is a temporary-to-hire position.

The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This role ensures production runs efficiently, parts meet quality standards, and all safety procedures are followed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trim, assemble, or package molded parts as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.

• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.

• Experience in plastic injection molding.

• Basic mechanical knowledge.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• In-person position in a manufacturing facility with exposure to noise and heat.

• Standing for long periods during shifts.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
